This Privacy Policy explains how Dimitar Petrov ("we", "us", "our") handles information in connection with the B!Match mobile game (the "App"). We designed B!Match to need as little personal information as possible: there is no account, no sign-in, and we never ask for your name, email address, or contacts.
We do not collect directly identifying information such as your name or email. The App and the third-party services it uses process the following categories of data:
| Category | Examples | Purpose |
|---|---|---|
| Usage & diagnostic data | Game events (levels completed, moves, time, tutorial progress, settings toggles), app version, OS version, device model, crash and performance diagnostics | Understand how the App is used, improve gameplay, diagnose crashes and errors |
| Advertising & identifiers | Advertising identifier (IDFA, when you allow tracking), device identifiers, coarse/approximate location inferred from IP address, ad interactions | Show ads in the App and, where you consent, personalize them and measure their performance |
| Feedback you send | The message text and category you submit through the in-app "Send Feedback" form, plus the app version, OS version, device model, current difficulty and level, and a random anonymous ID | Read and respond to bug reports and suggestions you choose to send us |
| Anonymous identifier | A randomly generated ID stored on your device (not your device's hardware ID and not the IDFA) | Attach a stable but non-identifying reference to feedback you send, so we can follow up on a report |
The App relies on the following third-party services, each of which processes data under its own privacy policy:
B!Match shows banner advertising through Google AdMob. Depending on your choices, ads may be personalized (based on data about you) or non-personalized.
We use Firebase Analytics to collect aggregated, event-level usage and diagnostic data (see Section 1). This helps us understand which levels and features are used and where the App fails, so we can improve it.
Submitting the in-app feedback form is entirely optional. When you send feedback, the message and the diagnostic details listed in Section 1 are delivered to our private team channel via Discord so we can review and act on it. Please do not include sensitive personal information in your message.
B!Match is a general-audience game and is not directed to children under 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your country). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information through the feedback form, contact us and we will delete it.
Analytics and advertising data are retained by Google according to their respective retention policies. Feedback messages are retained in our team channel only for as long as needed to address the report.
Depending on where you live (for example under the EU/UK GDPR or the California CCPA/CPRA), you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or restrict processing of your personal data, and to withdraw consent for personalized advertising. Because the App does not require an account, we may be unable to locate data tied to a specific person; where you have sent feedback, reference the anonymous ID shown to you (if any) so we can find it. To exercise any right, contact us at the address below.
The third-party services above may process and store data on servers located outside your country, including in the United States. Those transfers are governed by the providers' own safeguards.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.
